Adults with physical disabilities have the same needs as they did when they were children, yet services are limited for adults. What happens when an individual ages out of the youth sector and graduates from school? Where do they go? At the C.A.R.E. Centre we provide a continuation of services, but we need ongoing financial contributions to make dreams come true. Your donations are greatly valued.
